Netzach Yisrael Hinuch Vahachshara
The NETZACH EDUCATIONAL NETWORK assists poor ultra-Orthodox (Charedi) families in Israel. Due to chronic and systemic poverty owing to disproportionately high unemployment levels, 45% of the community is at or below the poverty line. This reality is due to the overwhelming vast majority of Israeli ultra-Orthodox devoid of core academic subject exposure.
Netzach seeks to break this cycle by providing people from poor families and those that are long-term unemployed with core academic studies, laying a clear path toward attaining bagrut (Israeli matriculation). In so doing, Netzach succeeds in transforming the welfare-dependent into the economically independent. Netzach’s ability to meet this demand depends heavily on the generosity of individual supporters.
