Thanks so much for the opportunity to share with you at the Kiddush and the warm and kind response .
As mentioned Yoel, our alum and IDF vet left his wife and two little kids in America right after Simchas Torah to rejoin his IDF unit and fought Hamas ימ״ש bravely for two months before being badly injured and needing to return home for his lengthy recovery.
With no family support their situation is very, very challenging as he won’t be able to work while rehabbing.
What a beautiful thing that so many of you put your hand up to contribute to this much needed and meaningful collection.
